WebSurvey™ is a web-based information gathering process with real-time reporting. It allows credit unions to gather information on a wide range of subjects to support business planning and decision making.

WebSurvey™ specializes in custom-designed surveys and also offers "Peer Comparison" programs as well.

• Custom projects can be designed by MMSS for the credit union or credit union staff can be trained to create the questionnaires which will be set up in WebSurvey™ by MMSS staff.

• The Peer Comparison program allows each credit union to analyze their data in conjunction with data from other participating credit unions on a broad range of subjects, such as, but not limited to:
