Strategic Planning Services
The objective of an MMSS facilitated strategic planning
session is to:
- Draw upon the strengths of participants
to formulate a clear direction for the credit
union, and
- Place everyone involved in the implementation
process on the same "wavelength" to accomplish desired
objectives.
A planning session can be scheduled for one-half day
to two full days. Each session is tailored to the specific
needs of the credit union.
The planning process does not end with the planning
session. A formal planning session is the beginning of
an action-designed planning process. Following the formal
planning process, MMSS is available to support the efforts
of the Board and management to turn objectives into reality
through a Strategic
Planning Implementation Action Plan.
