This program is designed for a credit union that has completed the strategic planning process and elected to assign the role of addressing targeted actions to staff and/or volunteers.

The Strategic Planning Implementation Action Plan supports efforts to develop recommendations to address strategic planning issues. MMSS has over 24 years of experience working with credit unions of all sizes in bringing strategic goals to a successful conclusion. Full access to MMSS' vast bank of research data and experience in helping other credit unions address the same or similar issues is available to the team. This program can support efforts to bring targeted actions to a successful conclusion in less time, at a lower cost while saving staff/volunteers a significant amount of time in doing so.

Under this program, an MMSS Consultant, or team of MMSS Consultants, works with each team to support their efforts to address the actions assigned to them. Reports are prepared on a regular cycle on behalf of the staff or team to keep senior management and the Board apprised of progress in bringing each strategic action to a successful conclusion.

While this program is typically implemented with credit unions for which MMSS has facilitated the planning process, it is not limited to that scenario. If the facilitator used for planning is not able or willing to work with a credit union to provide the necessary follow-up support, MMSS can do so within this program.
